| The general mega-trend towards light weight constructions as it is evident in many industries does not exclude the furniture and building sector. To develop and establish concepts for wood-based light weight systems, considerable research and development efforts are required, including work on new products and manufacturing processes, fittings and connections, edge and surface coating, product performance, and others. |
